• You can sign up either using your email (which will ask you to create WePray ID and password) or with your Facebook account (which only asks you to create a WePray ID).
  • Click the button on the main page.
  • Click "Add friend".
  • If your friends don’t have WePrayApp installed yet, click "Invite friends to WePrayApp" so they can install and sign up via either email or text message.
  • If your friends are already on WePrayApp, then you just search by Wepray ID. Click on the found user then click on "Send friend request". Once your friend accepts your request you become friends on WePrayApp.
  • Open WePrayApp, and click the button on the main page.
  • Select "Add prayer" button.
  • Type your prayer request then click Save.
  • When creating or updating a prayer, click "Share to" button.
  • The default mode is to share the prayer request to all your friends.
  • You can also choose "Private" mode, meaning the prayer request will be only viewed by yourself.
  • If you click "Selected friends", you can choose to whom you want this prayer request to be viewed.
  • Click button at the bottom of the main page, then click "Add Group".
  • Type your group name.
  • Click "Members" to select friends for this specific group.
  • Then select your friends.
  • Click "Done" then "Save".
  • Click button at the bottom of the main page, then click "Add Group".
  • Type your group name.
  • Click the "Public Group" button.
  • Write down descriptions of the group.
  • If you are the only admin of the group, then no further action is needed regarding "Admins" section.
  • If you need more than one admin for the group, click "Admins" and choose from your friend list.
  • Click "Done".
  • Then click "Save".
  • Click "Friends" on the main page of the app.
  • Select "Groups" on the top of the page.
  • Click "Join Public Groups".
  • Click .
  • Type down the public group name and click "search".
  • Then select the group you want to join.
  • Then click "Join This Group".
  • Click a prayer request.
  • Click the "Pray" button at the bottom of the page.
  • A notification will be sent immediately to your friend's smart phone telling them you are praying for them.
  • Click a prayer request.
  • Click the "Comment" button at the bottom of the page.
  • Comment your friend's prayer request then click Save.
  • When creating or updating a prayer request, click "Urgent" to set the prayer request as Urgent.
  • When creating or updating a prayer request, click "tags" button
  • Follow the hint to type down key words for tags, such as "healing", then hit space button.
  • Click "Save".
  • After creating tag(s) for your prayer request, the system will automatically generate topic-related Bible verses.
  • When praying for a prayer request, click the "Verses" button under each prayer request post to view all the topic-related bible verses.
  • You can also simply click a prayer request post and click "Add Verse" at the right side of the bottom of the page to manually add your own Bible verses.
  • Click the prayer request you want to update.
  • Click the "Update" button at the bottom of the page.
  • Type your updates of the prayer.
  • Then click "Save".
  • You can also click "answered" to mark this prayer as answered.
  • Go to "Prayers" on the main page.
  • There is an arrow facing downwards by the right side of each single prayer request; find your friends' prayer request, and click that arrow.
  • Click "Save for later".
  • Then go to "Me", and find all the saved prayers there.
  • Click button on the main page.
  • Click "Add chat".
  • Select friend to chat.
  • Click "Done".
  • Start chatting.
  • Click button on the main page.
  • Click "Add chat".
  • Either click "Select a group" to chat with an existing group.
  • Or select the friends to start ad-hoc group chat. You can name the ad-hoc group later on.
  • All your prayers and chats are encrypted and stored on Google Cloud so they are safe and secure.
  • Our app doesn't read and collect your personal data on your device.
  • Since WePrayApp is a free app, we will have to post some Ads from Google to support the cost of our servers in Google Cloud. Any offensive or inappropriate ads will be blocked.
